登録規約

この「イベント花子利用規約」（以下「本規約」という。）は、株式会社コロンブスマン（以下「当社」という。）が運営・提供するノベルティ事業である「イベント花子」サービス（理由の如何を問わず、サービスの名称又は内容が変更された場合には、当該変更後のサービスを含むものとする。以下「本サービス」という。）を利用する者が遵守しなければならない事項を定めたものである。したがって、本サービスの利用を希望する者は、あらかじめ本規約内容を充分理解し、了承・遵守の上、本サービスを利用するものとする。なお、当社は、本サービスを利用する者が、あらかじめ、本規約を承諾した上で、本サービスを利用しているものとみなす。

 

第１条　定　義
　本規約において使用する用語の定義は、次の各号の定める通りとする。
1)「ユーザー」とは、本規約に承諾の上、当社に対し、当社が別途指定する必要書類を提供し、当社の定める審査を通過して、当社よりユーザー資格を付与されユーザー登録を行った法人を意味する。

 

2)「本サイト」とは、ユーザーが本サービスを利用する際に用いる、本サービス専用のWEBサイトを意味する。なお、本サイトのアドレスが変更になった場合には、当該変更後のアドレスに従うものとし、以下同様とする。

These “Event Hanako Terms of Use” (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the matters that must be observed by users of the “Event Hanako” service, a novelty business operated and provided by Columbus Man Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Regardless of the reason, if the name or content of the service is changed, the service after such change shall be included (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
Accordingly, anyone wishing to use the Service shall fully understand, agree to, and comply with these Terms in advance before using the Service. The Company shall deem that users of the Service have agreed to these Terms prior to using the Service.

Article 1 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms shall be as set forth in the following items:

1. “User” means a corporation that, after agreeing to these Terms, provides the Company with the necessary documents separately specified by the Company, passes the review conducted by the Company, is granted user qualification by the Company, and completes user registration.
2. “This Site” means the dedicated website for the Service that users use when utilizing the Service. If the address (URL) of this Site is changed, the changed address shall apply, and the same shall apply hereinafter.
